Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Log detailed notes into CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure operational standards are met.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required for our Hiring Event.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computer applications and navigating multiple screens.
