Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and efficiency.
- Accurately record customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company branding standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
