- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior call center experience is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or frustrated customers.
