Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance and call metrics during every shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
