Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate department leads.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
