Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently at weekend events or retail locations
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist with setup/teardown of weekend pop-up shops or event booths
- Adhere to all security protocols for cash handling
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Reliable transportation to DC/VA locations
