Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory stocking, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit card transactions
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
