Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage cash drawers, gift cards, and checks with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
