Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Manage cash handling, refunds, and returns according to company policies
- Maintain organized store appearance through stock rotation and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not mandatory
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
