Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 2-minute response time SLA
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case notes in Zendesk CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through proactive communication
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on product updates
- Monitor chat metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (chat/email focus)
- Exceptional written communication skills with native English fluency
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Weekend availability (strict requirement for Sat/Sun shifts)
