Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with accuracy and empathy
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to senior support
- Maintain detailed knowledge base of products/services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows
- Monitor chat queues and maintain response time standards
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in weekend rotational on-call duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume chat environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
