Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or call center operations.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
