As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their queries are resolved with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Log all interactions and account updates into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
