Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and assist customers in locating items.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak weekend hours.

Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a commitment to consistent hours.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
