Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing accurate information about services.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments while maintaining strict cash drawer accuracy.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure store security and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
