Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer experiences at our flagship Austin location
- Manage weekend inventory operations with precision and care
- Execute local marketing initiatives during peak weekend foot traffic
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Process transactions using our proprietary local commerce platform
- Collaborate with weekday teams to maintain service continuity
- Participate in quarterly local community engagement events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for local deliveries)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
- Deep knowledge of Austin neighborhoods preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory
