Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure store presentation meets brand guidelines
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and contribute to weekend revenue goals
- Participate in team huddles to align on daily priorities and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
