Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage resort amenities and ensure pristine facility maintenance
- Process reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism

- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
