Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation in high-traffic weekend shopping areas
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards and operational excellence
- Participate in weekend promotional events and sales initiatives
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays 8am-6pm, Sundays 10am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Avenue location
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol-related sales if applicable
