Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer support during weekend hours
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries with efficiency and empathy
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and process efficiency
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
