Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at our community hub
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Assist visitors with inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support weekend events and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Positive attitude and commitment to community service
- Reliable transportation to downtown Memphis location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
