Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend check-ins and special events
- Manage resort amenities including pool operations, beach equipment rentals, and activity bookings
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions with precision using POS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure resort standards are maintained
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities (yoga classes, wine tastings, etc.)
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
- Conduct thorough end-of-shift reporting and handover procedures
Qualifications
- Must have unrestricted weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills a plus
