Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across digital and in-person channels during weekend hours
- Process transactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Implement promotional campaigns and drive weekend sales initiatives
- Train and support new weekend team members on company protocols
- Conduct weekend operational audits and prepare shift handover reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Proven availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital customer platforms
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover occasional holiday weekends
