Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service across all touchpoints including in-store inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Contribute to inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Participate in weekend promotional events and product launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Philadelphia local preferred; knowledge of city landmarks a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania ID or driver's license required
- Immediate availability required for onboarding
