- Provide personalized consultations to weekend clientele seeking home design solutions
- Execute sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate with design team on client preferences and project specifications
- Manage showroom inventory and visual merchandising displays
- Host exclusive weekend design workshops and client appreciation events
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless client experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury retail, hospitality, or design sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Strong aesthetic eye with passion for interior design trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays exclusively
