Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/out processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest reception
- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
