Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and problem resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to create compelling store displays
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support loss prevention measures by monitoring store security protocols
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining brand service standards
- Assist with weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Availability to work major holiday weekends
