Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at our downtown Detroit location
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills

- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
