Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer experiences through attentive product knowledge and warm interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Participate in weekend team huddles to align on daily priorities and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology tools
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Detail-oriented approach to transactions and visual presentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for parking validation)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
