Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues efficiently

Qualifications

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for holidays
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking capability
- Knowledge of consumer electronics or SaaS products a plus
