Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train and support weekend staff on product knowledge and brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operations
- Implement loss prevention protocols during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service or retail experience
- Availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Previous weekend shift experience preferred
