Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend operating hours (Sat-Sun 10am-8pm)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory and product displays to ensure premium showroom presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless operational coverage
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
