Responsibilities

- Process inventory operations including receiving and stockroom management
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain compliance with all company safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible schedule availability during holiday peaks
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
