Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome every guest warmly and assist them with their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by arranging merchandise and restocking shelves.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization during opening hours.
- Customer Assistance: Answer questions regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
