Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold safety standards and cleanliness protocols throughout the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Flexible weekday availability for initial training (2-3 days)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
