Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide friendly and professional customer service to all visitors and clients, answering questions and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, inventory management, and stocking products during the weekend shifts.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend management team to ensure store goals are met and standards are upheld.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Feedback Collection: Communicate customer feedback to management to help improve our services and products.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience accepted.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
