Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
- No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
