Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at our downtown Columbus facility
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about local programs

- Support community outreach activities during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
