Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our flagship NYC and Florida retail locations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems during weekend rushes
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with weekend staff to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally
- Support inventory counts and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and mobile payment platforms
- Strong communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to designated NYC/FL locations
