Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items in the store, and answer questions regarding pricing and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
