Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers entering the store and assist with inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter using POS systems.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and product inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
