Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte location.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
