Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain the sales floor appearance to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed to ensure inventory is ready for the weekend rush.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte location.
