Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior level of service throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and returns or exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working on a sales floor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners and POS systems.
