Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues with empathy and patience.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Perform routine store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing the stockroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
