Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain a neat and organized store layout by stocking shelves, folding clothes, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to keep shelves full.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and safe for customers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
