Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain the sales floor and backroom areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to share feedback and ensure seamless operations during weekend shifts.
- Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver location.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is preferred.
