Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit/debit card payments, and digital transactions.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to restock inventory and keep shelves fully stocked.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry or answering phones during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
