Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company security and accuracy policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
