Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring all receipts and change are handled correctly.
- Merchandising: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and assist in the receiving and counting of inventory to prevent stock shortages.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehousing is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
